Minimum Order

• A minimum order of $200.00 USD
• A $25.00 USD Handling Fee affective January 1st 2005. *This is not freight*

Special Orders

• A special order is any product that is modified in any way or is not from our current online catalog and will require prepayment.
• Due to certain FDI limitations and requirements, all orders must have a written acceptance from Floral Desigsn Int'l Inc.
• All sales are final.

Delivery Time

• Typically takes 2- 4 weeks.
• For rush orders, please call and speak to one of our representatives. Extra fees associated with rush order are arbitrary.

Product Shipment

• All orders are shipped "best way","best freight" or by customer's choosing. Representatives will call customers to notify freight before shipping out any order.
